Our menu is inspired by the regional cuisines of central Italy. All of our dinner pastas are handcrafted daily by our team of dedicated artisans, nothing is pre-made, desserts are all fresh in-house.
Executive Chef, Robert Harrison, focuses on creating an exciting culinary experience from the first bite to the last by only using the freshest and most local ingredients he can find from his local contacts. Chef Robert is constantly learning, exploring and taking the time to connect with his providers! It takes a person who is truly passionate about the best ingredients, flavor and presentation to create the kind of incredible dining experience you will have at Centro.
